개인정보처리방침

KCREW(이하 "회사")는 1MBTI 앱 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령에 따라 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 서비스와 계정
1MBTI는 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. MBTI 선호 경향 측정 결과, 저널, 저장 기록, '내 사람들'에 입력한 이름과 유형, 완성된 프리미엄 분석 결과는 기본적으로 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 웹 체험판(1mbti.co.kr/test)에서는 같은 정보가 이용자 브라우저의 저장소에만 저장됩니다.
2. 처리하는 정보
- 기본 기능: 이용자가 앱에 입력한 측정 응답, MBTI 선호 경향, 저널과 기록은 기기에서 처리하고 저장합니다.
- 국가별 언어 제공: 서버는 접속 국가 코드로 한국어, 영어, 일본어, 중국어 또는 스페인어를 선택합니다. 이 기능을 위해 원본 IP 주소를 앱의 분석 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않습니다. 다만 보안과 장애 대응을 위한 일반적인 서버 접속 로그에는 IP 주소, 접속 시각, 기기·브라우저 정보가 제한적으로 포함될 수 있습니다.
- 프리미엄 심층 분석: 이용자가 명시적으로 동의하고 1회 상품을 구매한 경우에만 측정 응답, 이용자가 작성한 상황·목표·질문, 리포트 작성 언어(한국어 또는 영어), 스토어 결제 검증 정보가 회사 서버로 전송됩니다.
- 익명 사용 통계: 앱과 웹 체험판을 개선하기 위해 측정 시작·완료, 결과 공유, 기록 저장 같은 이벤트의 날짜별 횟수와 플랫폼(iOS·Android·웹), 앱 버전을 회사 서버로 전송합니다. 기기 식별자, 광고 식별자, 이름, 측정 응답, 기록 내용은 포함하지 않으며, 서버는 날짜별 합계만 저장합니다. 과도한 요청을 막기 위해 IP 주소로 만든 일회성 해시를 최대 하루 동안 사용하며 이를 저장하지 않습니다. 공유 링크(1mbti.co.kr/t/유형)와 웹 체험판 방문도 같은 방식으로 날짜별 합계만 셉니다.
- 알림: 이용자가 '오늘의 질문 알림'을 켠 경우 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되며, 알림 시간이나 내용은 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
3. 프리미엄 분석 처리와 보관
프리미엄 심층 분석 입력은 분석 생성을 위해 OpenAI API로 전송됩니다. 회사는 OpenAI API를 통해 받은 결과를 이용자에게 제공하며, 통신 오류나 앱 종료 후 같은 결제로 결과를 복구할 수 있도록 완성된 분석 결과를 암호화하여 최대 7일간 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.
결제 중복 사용 방지와 고객 지원을 위해 주문 식별자, 스토어 종류, 상품 식별자, 결제 토큰의 단방향 해시, 처리 상태와 처리 시각을 보관할 수 있습니다. 원본 결제 토큰은 분석 주문 기록에 저장하지 않습니다. 관계 법령에 별도 보관 의무가 있는 경우에는 해당 기간을 따릅니다.
4. 외부 서비스
- Apple App Store 및 Google Play: 인앱 결제 처리와 구매 유효성 확인
- OpenAI API: 이용자가 요청한 프리미엄 심층 분석 생성
각 사업자는 해당 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 정보를 처리하며, 각 사업자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용될 수 있습니다.
5. 광고와 추적
현재 1MBTI 앱에는 광고 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않으며, 맞춤 광고나 앱 간 추적을 하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 선택과 삭제
프리미엄 분석 전송은 결제 화면의 별도 동의를 거친 경우에만 이루어집니다. 익명 사용 통계는 앱의 설정 > 익명 사용 통계에서 언제든 끌 수 있으며, 끄면 기기에 쌓여 있던 미전송 통계도 삭제됩니다. 알림은 앱 설정 또는 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 기기에 저장된 측정 결과와 기록은 앱의 삭제 기능 또는 앱 삭제를 통해 제거할 수 있습니다. 서버에 보관 중인 정보의 확인이나 삭제가 필요한 경우 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 보안
회사는 전송 구간 암호화, 비밀 값 암호화 저장, 결제 영수증 검증, 접근 권한 제한 등 합리적인 보호조치를 적용합니다.

Privacy Policy (English)
Effective date: October 12, 2026
KCREW ("we") values the privacy of 1MBTI users and handles information as described below. If this English version and the Korean version above differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Service and accounts
1MBTI does not require sign-up or login. Assessment results, journals, saved records, names and types entered in My People, and completed premium reports are stored on your device by default. In the web test (1mbti.co.kr/test), the same information is stored only in your browser's storage.
2. Information we process
- Core features: your answers, type preferences, journals, and records are processed and stored on your device.
- Language by country: our server picks a language from the country code of the connection. We do not store the original IP address in the app's analytics database for this. Standard server access logs kept for security and troubleshooting may include a limited amount of IP address, access time, and device or browser information.
- Premium deep analysis: only when you explicitly consent and buy the one-time product, your answers, the situation, goal, and questions you write, the report language (Korean or English), and store payment verification data are sent to our server.
- Anonymous usage statistics: to improve the app and web test, we send daily counts of events such as starting or finishing a test, sharing a result, or saving a record, along with the platform (iOS, Android, or web) and app version. No device identifiers, advertising identifiers, names, answers, or record contents are included, and the server stores only daily totals. To prevent abuse, a one-time hash derived from the IP address is used for up to one day and is not stored. Visits to share links (1mbti.co.kr/t/TYPE) and the web test are counted the same way, as daily totals only.
- Notifications: if you turn on the daily question reminder, it is scheduled on your device, and the time and content are never sent to our server.
3. Premium analysis processing and retention
Premium analysis input is sent to the OpenAI API to create the analysis. We deliver the result to you and keep the completed report encrypted for up to 7 days so that the same purchase can be recovered after a connection error or if the app closes, and then delete it.
To prevent duplicate use of a payment and to provide support, we may keep an order identifier, the store, the product identifier, a one-way hash of the payment token, and the processing status and time. The original payment token is not stored in analysis order records. Where the law requires a separate retention period, we follow it.
4. Third-party services
- Apple App Store and Google Play: processing in-app purchases and verifying them
- OpenAI API: creating the premium deep analysis you request
Each provider processes information only as needed to provide its service, and its own privacy policy may apply.
5. Advertising and tracking
1MBTI currently contains no advertising SDK and does no personalized advertising or cross-app tracking.
6. Your choices and deletion
Premium analysis data is sent only after the separate consent on the purchase screen. You can turn off anonymous usage statistics at any time in Settings, which also deletes any unsent statistics on your device. You can turn off reminders in the app or in your device settings. You can remove results and records stored on your device with the app's delete function or by deleting the app. To check or delete information kept on our server, contact us at the email below.
7. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit, encrypted storage of secrets, receipt verification, and restricted access.
